My Service

I offer a professional childminding service and am flexible with the times I can childmind to accomodate the needs parents.

Depending on spaces I also offer an occassional childminding service for parents requiring childcare whilst attending appointment etc.

I am Ofsted registered so my home has been checked to ensure it is a safe and secure environment for children. I am also a member of the National Childminding Association and hold a paediatric first aid qualification.

I aim to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment where the activities and resources are tailored to meet the individual needs of the children and where children learn through play.

My setting offers a wide range of toys and equipment, both indoors and outside and I am continually adding new resources to these. I believe it is important for children to experience things for themselves, therefore we go on lots of outings including visits to; Holly Hill Woodland Park,Lee on Solent Beach, and Itchen Valley Country Park. My vehicle has fully comprehensive insurance with business class 1 and appropriate age and weight car seats.

I drop-off / collect from Orchard Lea Infant and Junior schools and at present, can collect / drop-off to any local pre-schools / nurseries.

Children are welcome to bring their own food, or alternatively I can provide healthy meals both at lunch-time and in the evening. Items on my menu include; spaghetti bolognese, jacket potatoes with salad and homemade pizzas and shepherds pie. I offer both a meat and vegetarian option for meals. If children have any specific dietary requirements I am happy to discuss these with parents.
